Configuring sudo access to user on fedora 26

1.Add user to the wheel group

[15:26 root@server /home/cipher]# usermod -aG wheel cipher

2.Check the commands the user can execute

[15:26 cipher@server ~]$ sudo -l

3.Check sudo access
